If you have been feeling stuck on your journey toward health, healing, and personal growth, and you are ready to explore new possibilities for creating change in your life, keep reading…
With a focus on cultivating wholeness and balance of body, mind, and emotions, we seek to identify and transform the roots and negative effects of stress, trauma, un-empowering habits, and emotional distress. Through exploration of mindfulness, self-stories, creative expression, physical movement, and other body-mind integrated approaches, we co-create pathways to well-being that support the mental, emotional, and physical, as well as the relational, and at times, spiritual aspects of life. When appropriate and a good fit with your personal values and goals we may also include a focus on renewing relationship with nature, and work with flower essences.
Clear Reflections Counseling also offers couple counseling inspired by the research of internationally recognized relationship experts John & Julie Gottman, PhD, as well as tools of non-violent communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg PhD.
